Role Overview:
As a Chat Support Executive, youll handle real-time customer interactions via chat, helping resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure an exceptional customer experience all in a high-performance, international environment.
What Were Looking For:
6+ months of international chat support experience
Excellent written communication in English
Ability to handle 2 chats simultaneously
Typing speed of 3035 WPM with 80%+ accuracy
Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
CRM/chat tools knowledge is a plus
Experience with US/UK/Australian customers preferred
