Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SQL Developer (Fresher) who is eager to start their career in database development. You will work closely with our development team to design, optimize, and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve, update, and manage data.
- Design and maintain database structures, including tables, indexes, and views.
- Assist in database performance tuning and troubleshooting issues.
- Work with the development team to integrate databases with applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup strategies are implemented.
- Participate in Agile development meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Learn and adapt to new database technologies as required.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech in CSE, IT, EEE, ECE (2024 and 2025 passed-out candidates preferred).
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of database design, indexing, and normalization.
- Understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to actively participate in both database administration and development activities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Terms and Conditions Applicable during onboarding process:
- Candidate should serve a 2-year bond with the company.
- The first 6 months will be a training period.
- A salary of 1.8 LPA will be provided during training, with revision upon completion based on performance.
- Candidates must submit original certificates during the onboarding process.
