Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be an integral part of our apartment building projects, assisting with design, construction, and project management activities. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of apartment building projects, including creating drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Support project managers and senior engineers in the construction coordination process, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and assist in resolving construction-related challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Support cost estimation and budget management activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in engineering and construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with construction codes, regulations, and industry standards.
