Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Partner with Product Heads to develop long term Product strategies.
  • Work closely with Research, MTF & Business Teams to achieve overall targets.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities for Research & MTF project.
  • Identify right mix for penetration of Research Calls and its contribution towards revenue and build strategy to improve across all channels.
  • Do competition analysis and Identify gaps in current process and suggest ideas for improvement.
  • Build Segments to Target both the Products and work with Marketing and Tech Teams for implementing the same.

Performance Management:

  • Improve Customer penetration for MTF Product across all channels.
  • Define metrics and monitor performance of Research & MTF Target v/s Achievement.
  • Customer Penetration, Revenue Contribution of Research Calls, New Requirements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Prepare financial forecasts for Research and MTF Products and update regularly based on actual performance.
  • Coordinate with Product Heads to address variances in Targets and come up with ideas to achieve the required forecasted numbers.

Cost Control and Management:

  • Come up with ideas to improve MTF penetration by giving offers to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze cost expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities..

Role Requirements

  • 47 years of experience in Strategy/Business Planning/Product Management in Broking domain
  • Proven ability in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Understanding of capital market products, Research offerings, and MTF business.
  • Proficiency in competition analysis and business performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute strategies for customer penetration and revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving, cost optimization, and process improvement mindset.
