FunctieomschrijvingAs a Software Engineer - Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support, guiding development projects to completion within established timelines, and leading your team to achieve exceptional results in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Lead the software development team, ensuring project timelines are met and providing technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and objectives.
- Implement best practices in software development and promote continuous improvement in coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing technical support for the development team.
- Must demonstrate adaptability to changing technologies and project requirements.
- Desirable personality traits include being proactive, collaborative, and resilient.
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer - Lead with strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must have a Masters in CS or Engineering, 10+ years in software development, and team leadership experience. Certifications like Azure, AWS, PMP, or Agile are a plus. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is required.
