Job Description

Job brief -

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager who works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Business Development Managers will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

Roles and Responsibility -
  • Will be responsible for handling the completesalescycle of Ginesys ERP Solution (Retail & Manufacturing Solution).
  • Conducting cold calls to the Retail and Manufacturing Companies.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
Desired Skills -
  • Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP/Enterprise Software Sales / Consultative Selling experience.
  • Experience in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts.
  • Strong ability to create sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve. goals with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in a business or technical related area of study.
  • Years' experience selling ERP, Enterprise or Financial solutions.
  • Competency in communication - both verbal and written.
  • Strong presentation skills. Demonstrated Relationship Management Skills. Strong Negotiation Skills.
  • Strong Personal drive | Business Ethics - Product and industry mastery, competitive awareness.
