Purpose of the Job (Max 500 words)
You will work in the Revenue Assurance team, and you will be responsible for delivering business requirements for both GSM and MFS. You will have to be fast, decisive, and intellectual enough to suggest better approaches, understand products within record time, and get things done with FTR.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
Daily product configuration and Validation for GSM and Airtel Money
Automate processes as and when possible
Liaise with African entities and understand their market and way of life.
Liaise with technical and IT Spocs to ensure delivery of projects on time, and with zero errors
Understand the business and regulatory guidelines, analyze requirements.
Look for Revenue opportunities, revenue leakages, and close them end to end
Track key deliverables and be on top of it.
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication skills
Excellent MS Excel
Basic SQL
Good knowledge of Telecom
