Job Description

Overview We're looking for more than a designer. We re looking for a creative mind someone who doesn't just respond to briefs but dissects them, challenges them, and elevates them.
As a Creative Designer , you ll bring strategic thinking and visual storytelling to everything you touch. You ll collaborate with graphic designers and marketers, together with our CEO and COO, to turn business goals and marketing objectives into brand-defining work, whether that s a campaign launch, social content series, video storytelling, or experimental formats using the latest creative tools and AI.
You ve likely cut your teeth in agency life, so you get the rhythm: fast, high-quality, collaborative, and ideas-first. You ll thrive on being involved early, shaping the creative strategy, and rolling up your sleeves to deliver powerful and cutting-edge outputs. What You ll Do
  • Translate business and brand objectives into compelling visual narratives, campaigns, and content across channels (digital, social, video, presentations, etc.)
  • Be an active member of our marketing team who is ready to collaborate on, generate, and execute creative ideas, even when the brief is half-written.
  • Lead creative ideation and design for brand campaigns, go-to-market launches, thought leadership, social storytelling, and internal comms.
  • Design and iterate across platforms, including Figma, Canva, and video editing tools, embracing AI-powered creative workflows to scale and enhance output.
  • Champion brand consistency while pushing boundaries and evolving our visual identity as we grow.
  • Be an advocate for creative excellence and help others understand the value of good design in achieving business results.
Who You Are
  • A strategic thinker and creative doer equal parts concept and craft.
  • 6-7 years of experience in design/creative roles, ideally in agency or fast-moving technology-focused company.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to translate strategy into standout creative across branding, campaigns, digital, print, and social demonstrating sharp conceptual thinking with strong visual execution.
  • Fluent in design tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video production/editing tools.
  • Curious and future focused. You actively experiment with AI tools, motion, and new creative formats.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast turnarounds, and collaborating across disciplines.
  • A natural collaborator and communicator. You take feedback well and bring others along the journey.
  • Comfortable collaborating across time zones, and experienced in working with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset. You don t wait for perfect briefs; you ask smart questions, spot opportunities, and bring solutions.
