Job Description
Maintenance Operation System-Maintenance Product Driven Organization (MOS-Maintenance PDO) has three large applications called Maximo For Maintenance (MFM), Fordland Maintenance Management Systems (FLMMS) and Bodyshop Information System (BIS). MFM and FLMMS applications are developed using a COTS Product Maximo from IBM. This Application is used by all Ford Manufacturing Plants and Fordland Sites. BIS is a COTS product which is used Manufacturing Plants.
The position role and responsibilities are follows.
- Incident, Problem Management.
- Enhancements
- Tech Refresh Projects
- Launch application in new sites / Plants.
- Application Software upgrades.
- Modernization
- New API Development and Deployment to APIGEE.
- Application integrations with other Corporate Applications.
- Requirement gathering and developing requirements to working software
- New Application Development.
- Data Analyses
- Develop Automation Scripts using Selenium.
- Develop Jmeter Scripts for Load, Performance and Duration Testing.
- Creating CD/CI pipes using Tekton.
- Application migration to Google Cloud Platform or equivalent.
- Application monitoring using Dynatrace
- Application development using Agile Principles and JIRA
- Incident management using ServiceNow
- Application Regression, Integration Testing.
- Application Source code management using Git
- Proof of concepts using Maximo Application Suite Products Like Monitor, Predict
- New Reports development using MAXIMOs BIRT (Business Intelligence Reporting Tool)
- Develop and Enhance applications using Maximo Application Designer, Database Configuration, Maximo Integration Framework, Maximo Automation scripts using Python.
- Develop Applications using Full Stack (Core Java, Angular and SpringBoot)
- Develop UI Screen using HTML, CSS , JavaScript, FIGMA (UX Designing tool)
- Application development on CaaS (Openshift and Kubernetes)
- Database Upgrades, Creating Complex queries, Procedures and Triggers if needed.
Requirement
- Overall IT Experience of minimum 3 years in Software Development using Agile Methodology , Full Stack Development using Core Java, Angular, SpringBoot.
- Hands on coding experience of minimum 2 years using any programing Language.
- 2 years or more Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, CaaS and Cloud Platforms like GCP. Experience in developing Ansible and Kustomize scripting.
- Experience in developing API, Hosting APIs in APIGEE or similar gateways.
- Developing CD/CI pipies using TekTon.
- Knowledge in source code management using Git
- Knowledge in TerraForm.
- Good Knowledge in Oracle, SQL Server and MongoDB database.
- Experience developing Application using Maximo and related functions of Maximo is added Plus.
- Experience in developing Automation Scripts using Selenium, Load Test scripts with Jmeter, Application code development using SonarQube.
- Experience with AI and ML tools is an added Plus.
- Good Communication (Written and Oral) using English is a must.
