Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction for new hires.
  
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive in taking initiatives.
  
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
