Job Description
Job Title: Assoc Software Engineer
Work Location: India-Remote
Position Responsibilities :
- Work on coding, debugging, and maintaining software applications based on technical specifications
- Will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, and adhering to coding standards
- They will collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test software solutions.
- Being aware of CI-CD, engineering best practices, and SDLC process
- Will help gather and analyze software requirements to ensure the developed software meets user needs.
- Will assist in testing software applications, identifying and resolving bugs, and troubleshooting software issues.
- A key aspect is the eagerness to learn new technologies, stay updated with industry trends, and adapt to new development processes.
- Ability to communicate technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
- Readiness to hit the ground running you may not know how to solve everything right off the bat, but you will put in the time and effort to understand so that you can design architecture of complex features with multiple components.
- This role requires embracing an AI-first approach to work, where GenAI and agentic AI tools are viewed as essential collaborators rather than optional supplements. We expect team members who naturally think in terms of AI-enhanced workflows, proactively seek opportunities to integrate intelligent automation, and demonstrate curiosity about leveraging AI to solve complex problems more efficiently.

Qualifications :
- 2025 Passout with a Full time BE / BTech CS/IT/IS or MCA
- Good academic record (No backlogs)
- Knowledge in software development.
- Proficiency in coding with one or more of the following languages: C, C++, C# / .NET, React.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, or similar.
- Knowledge of programming experience in an object-oriented language.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Knowledge of web application development, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.
- Knowledge of data structures or algorithms from academic or professional projects, including open-source hobby coding.
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Having knowledge of cloud platforms, like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
- As part of the AI-First initiative, the following qualification is a plus:
- Skills with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate coding, debugging, and refactoring
- Having strong prompt engineering skills to effectively communicate with AI systems for code generation, architectural decisions, and technical documentation
- Having designed and implemented development workflows that incorporate AI assistance throughout the software lifecycle, including code review, testing, and documentation.
- Having lead development of AI-driven automation solutions for complex tasks such as code analysis, performance optimization, and automated testing.
