Job Description

Deputy General Manager Sales

Experience, Qualities & Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Strong written and oral communication skills
1015 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in apartment sales
Proven track record of handling a team size of 10+ members
Experience in managing at least one high-rise project from launch to handover
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Process-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire sales function for assigned projects
Take ownership of customer experience and customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
Ensure seamless coordination among team members to optimize performance and productivity
Drive and motivate the team to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved consistently
Maintain and monitor MIS of leads and walk-ins assigned to the team, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
Provide feedback on customer experience and escalate concerns to higher management as needed
Regularly review sales targets vs. achievements and implement action plans to bridge gaps
Guide the team in managing site visits, negotiations, and closing deals
Ensure adherence to company processes and maintain high standards of professionalism in all customer interactions
