Job Description
Job Title:
Position Purpose
The position is for a Senior JAVA developer whose responsibility is to understand requirement, provide optimal design solutions and ensure on time delivery by the team. Provide Continuous improvement and innovative solutions for the applications and teams tasks. Result oriented Senior Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience, who can work independently, liaise with onshore stakeholders and complete tasks within the timelines. The candidate should be technically inclined and with proven skills in the latest development stack and should be able to help the team members. Candidate having experience with Identity Access Management skill is an added skill to the position. The role will more focused on development, integrations, deployment and maintenance of the IAM system. The candidate should have a solid working knowledge of various IT systems/technologies and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Responsible for Analysis, development, testing and implementation of IAM solutions to business and technology needs. Candidate should be able to work as a team and independently as needed in a fast - paced environment.
Develop a good understanding of the existing IAM
Analyse new requirements/changes (functional and technical)
Design ,Develop and document technical changes
Unit Testing and Bug - fixing Application
Analysis, develop and implement SAILPOINT IIQ 8.x platform processes and functions
Integrate IIQ with enterprise applications using OOTB connectors
Working experience in the development and consumption of Web Services APIs
Maintain appropriate documentations, source codes within the defined framework
Perform feasibility studies for new/enhanced changes as needed and advice management on the best solutions.
Work with business analysts/Technical teams to understand requirements.
Perform detailed technical analysis with impacts (technical/functionally) and design for GUI, server side and the database components
Contributing Responsibilities
Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans/scripts, and resolve deviations or exceptions for newly developed IAM solutions
Create and support policies, standards and processes.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
Technology leadership around SailPoint and other relevant technologies to the project
Participate and provide oversight to the new strategic initiatives at BNPP
Technology consulting and leadership for the sustenance and new strategic/innovation programs
Participation and support for audit events and provide with necessary evidences for any audit queries.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Must have skills:
a) Full stack java developer (Java SE 8, Java EE 7 (EJB 3, JMS)), with experience between 4 and 7 years in Java and PL/SQL experience
b) Hands on experience in Web technologies
c) Exposure on SQL Server (SQL queries, Transact - SQL, stored procedures, functions and database modelling) would be an advantage
d) Good hands - on experience about App/Web (preferably Tomcat/Apache) servers and SSO authentication processes
e) Should have experience in Performance engineering and improving UI and DB programming for application performance
f) Ability to create, maintain, optimize stored procedures, database and ETL processes and able to contribute on platform stability initiatives
g) Hands - on experience in design, develop and deploy ) MSBI like SSIS, SSRS & SSAS and SQL Server 2012/2014
h) Should be able to resolve end user problems through collaboration with IT, Operations and Controls teams
i) Should have experience in doing RCA, Ticket Response, SLA compliance and support processes
j) Should be able to work with DBA in implementing Performance improvements suggestion given by them
k) Should have experience in finding out Performance bottleneck and come up with recommendations to improve the application performance.
l) Should have experience on understanding potential blocking, deadlocking and write code to avoid those situations
m) Should be able to define Data retention, DB backup and restore strategy
n) Should have experience on Build Automation & Continuous improvement in J2EE based applications
o) Should be able to guide team and conduct KT sessions
Good to have skills:
CA SSO development/support experience.
Knowledge on DevOps framework/methodologies/tools
