Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Work on complete Customer Life Cycle Management for DAD Channel.
  • Come up with Strategy to improve Customer Acquisition, Activation, Mapping and Retention.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Tech, Business Teams to achieve overall targets.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor the performance of Sales Team and Advisory Team Productivity.
  • Suggest measures to improve the overall productivity of both the teams.
  • Check implementation of DIY and AI levers for improvement of overall productivity.
  • Provide financial insights to drive operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Work on Forecasting and Projections for Conversion Funnel Across metrics like Lead to Demat, Demat to Margin, Margin to FT, etc.
  • Suggest improvement ideas to optimize the budget allotted.

Cost Control and Management:

  • Oversee Lead Funnel Conversion and ensure we are able to meet the targets.
  • Monitor Channel Mix for Lead Source, share insights and actions for improvement.

Role Requirements

  • 47 years of experience in Strategy/Business Planning/Product Management in Broking domain
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in monitoring sales/advisory productivity and driving performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in funnel management (Lead to Demat, Demat to Margin, Margin to FT).
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Ability to leverage technology, DIY platforms, and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
