Corporate and Leadership Training,TNA,Finalising the training budget, and calender,Delivery of training modules through internal and external faculty,Vendor engagement,Effectiveness of training delivery,Behavioural training,Capability building.

Required Candidate profile

MBA with specialisation in Human Resources, OR , MA in Psychology
Diploma from ISTD will be an added advantage
Certification in various training modules/ psychometric tools will be an added advantage.
