Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled senior software engineer with expertise in React Native mobile app development for our core product. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences and open to working with cutting-edge technologies, including AI and agentic AI in mobile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant mobile applications using React Native.
Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to define and implement innovative features.
Write clean, scalable, and reusable code, following best practices and design patterns.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the app across Android and iOS.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for smooth user experiences.
Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, crashes, and other app issues.
Contribute to app analytics, testing automation, and monitoring for continuous improvement.
Implement robust CI/CD practices and release automation.
Support implementation of AI-driven features and contribute to integrating Agentic AI flows where relevant.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in mobile app development with strong focus on React Native.
Solid experience with iOS/Android APIs, native bridges, and third-party SDKs (Firebase, Appsflyer, etc.).
In-depth understanding of React/JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript, component lifecycle, and state management (e.g., Redux, Redux toolkit, Zustand, Recoil).
Familiarity with native modules, push notifications, offline storage, and deep linking.
Experience working with native modules and platform-specific APIs for Android and iOS.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, app performance optimization, and crash reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with debugging, profiling, and optimizing mobile performance.
Good understanding of Git and Agile development practices.
Preferred (Good to Have):
Exposure to AI based app features or integrations.
Good understanding in backend API development using Java (Spring Boot preferred).
Knowledge of Firebase, Appsflyer, CodePush.
Exposure to AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Google ML Kit, or similar.
Interest or experience in Agentic AI: implementing semi-autonomous flows, in-app assistants, or intelligent user guidance systems.
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.
Knowledge of analytics and personalization tools (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment).
