Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive from the furniture/interior industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, driving sales, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering the best furniture and interior solutions.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate furniture/interior solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, references, networking, and walk-ins.
  • Conduct product presentations, explain designs, features, and pricing to clients.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Negotiate terms of sales, finalize deals, and ensure timely payments.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales within the furniture industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Understanding of furniture materials, styles, and market trends.
  • Excellent presentation and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
