Qualification BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Primary Skill MSC ADAMS, HYPERMESH, CAD, CATIA V5, Simpack
Role and responsibility -
The selected consultant will be required to support the following:
Provide comprehensive technical pre-sales & post-sales support on MSC Software
solutions to customers and prospects across India with good expertise on ADAMS.
Coaching and mentoring team on MSC Software products solutions.
Deliver solution presentations to prospects, at both the end user and senior management
level.
Execute Tech-Support responsibilities: End-to-End ownership of tech support requests
from opening until closure, ensuring customer satisfaction via visit, phone and e-mail.
Present solutions in live demos during tradeshows and seminars.
Planning/delivering trainings, technical workshops and enablement sessions for customers
and internal teams.
Manage and review all technical activities of strategic and assigned accounts.
Determine source of the problem (Product based, installation, Access, Data specific) and
suggest/perform bypass methodologies wherever applicable.
Deliver answers/solutions to the customers in a timely manner.
Organize and manage technical-sales workshops/webinars.
Coordinate Technical Support activities with extended team to increase technical services
quality and improve customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge -
Must have experience in MBD solutions like MSC ADAMS, SIMULIA SIMPACK, & Hypermesh
MotionSolve.
Good background of theoretical physics & hands-on calculation for motion of machines
and mechanisms application.
Exposure to design and development activities.
Mentoring the team members by sharing technical expertise.
Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding quick
response, while continuously raising the standard of quality of Support & Services.
Good at communication and coordination.
Good at issue tracking and follow up for closure.
Good understanding of MBD, CAE, CAD and Geometry Knowledge.
Excellent analytical, methodical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills and technologies as per requirement.
Ability to meet objectives, goals and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of programming languages Python or MATLAB will be added advantage

Keyskills: CAE Simpack CAD troubleshooting HYPERMESH CATIA V5 Python
