Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate to join our Claims Operations team, focusing on Bordereaux Processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and validating claims data received from brokers and cover holders, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process claims bordereaux received from brokers, cover holders, and third-party administrators.
- Validate data accuracy and completeness in accordance with policy terms and company guidelines.
- Upload and reconcile bordereaux data into internal claims systems.
- Liaise with underwriting, finance, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain audit trails and documentation for all processed bordereaux.
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards for claims performance and bordereaux status.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processing efficiency and data quality.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards including Lloyds requirements (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
- 14 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in claims or bordereaux processing.
- Strong analytical and data validation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with claims systems or bordereaux tools is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lloyds market practices and bordereaux standards.
- Experience working with international clients or brokers.
