Roles & Responsibility:

• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as ICU, NICU, PICU, and emergency departments.
  
• Assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital processes.
  
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth functioning of wards.
