Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)3 Years Experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 3 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our production systems. This role requires a balance of software engineering, system administration, and automation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor infrastructure automation and observability solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and performance through automation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Enhance security and compliance best practices across production systems.
• Operating system (Linux) configuration, package management, startup and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration and scripting (Bash or Python).
• Kubernetes, Docker basic understanding, CLI, service re-provisioning.
• Good expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace or Datadog.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD and Terraform/Ansible basic syntax.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain availability according to the team's roster shift schedule.
