Role and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure product quality.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by collaborating with stakeholders to validate business requirements and user needs.
- Document and track defects, providing clear and actionable feedback to development teams.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability and quality improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- (Bonus) Support automation testing efforts as needed, assisting in the creation and execution of automated test scripts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing and UAT processes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation testing tools (such as Selenium, QTP, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
