Job Description
SCOPE OF WORK
The role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery in setting up new labs. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely execution of projects with adherence to cost, quality, and compliance standards.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans with defined timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead end-to-end project management for new lab setup including equipment installation, automation, and IT/technology integration.
- Interior Fit out projects individually
- Track progress against plans and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, adherence to brand standards, and resolve on-ground issues.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the SPOC between internal teams (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, HR, IT) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, consultants, government agencies).
- Facilitate clear communication and resolve roadblocks to ensure smooth project delivery.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Education: B.Architecture / B.Tech (Civil)
- 10 12 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Vendor management.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
