Job Description
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, schedules, resources, and budget allocations.
- Coordinate and lead internal teams across functional groups within the company and clients.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Effective Sprint Planning, User Stories skills, and experience leveraging Agile/Scrum/Kanban tools to manage projects effectively.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum/Kanban is a must and have a good understanding of the Software Development lifecycle and methodologies of Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while assessing the impact on project deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field of study Experience with enterprise-level Data and Digital Solutions would be beneficial for this role.
