Shifts: Rotational Shifts (US Shift)

An exciting and challenging role within Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).

Functional Responsibilities include:

Evaluating and Approving new customer account documentations and supporting information in order to determine whether they satisfy the client on-boarding identification requirements as per the company's policies and procedures.

Conduct the background screening on the Client name & other officials' names using tools such as World Check / Lexis Nexis / Factiva/SEV/SCV

Interact with the front office to ensure that proper account documentation is obtained from the customer prior to approving client on boarding

Interface with and provide support to the firm's international and domestic Client on-boarding, Client ID and Anti-Money Laundering and Operations groups

Required skills: AML, Anti Money Laundering

A minimum of 2 to 6 years of Compliance experience in a comparable role in the banking industry or related work experience with a regulatory body.

In-depth knowledge of the Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act, and Financial Advisors Act as well as corresponding regulatory notices and guidelines in US & UK.

Excellent communication skills

Good understanding MS Office product suite [MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel]
