We are looking for a passionate and motivated DevOps Engineer (Fresher) to join our technology team. You will work closely with developers and system administrators to help automate deployment processes, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure smooth operations of our applications.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing AWS infrastructure (primarily EC2, RDS, S3).
- Work with Linux systems for server-side configurations, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
- Use Docker to build, package, and deploy microservices and web applications.
- Support deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Configure and monitor MongoDB Atlas and MySQL databases (open-source and RDS).
- Manage and automate log collection, analysis, and storage.
- Help maintain firewall and security group rules across environments.
- Assist in CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins etc.
- Use basic FTP/SFTP for file transfers between systems when required.
Required Skills
- Strong fundamentals of Linux and hands-on with basic commands.
- Basic understanding of AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC.
- Good knowledge of Docker: containers, images, Dockerfile, docker-compose.
- Aware of Kubernetes: Pods, Services, basic deployment.
- Familiarity with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Basic networking knowledge: IPs, ports, firewalls, FTP.
- Ability to debug logs and system issues using standard Linux tools.
Good to Have
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, EFK, ELK or AWS CloudWatch.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, BSC. OR any equivalent diploma/degree with proven hands-on practice or training in DevOps.
