Skills:

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams such as sales, product development, and L2 support to ensure alignment and integration of efforts with overall business objectives. The team lead should foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of digital marketers effectively. This includes setting clear goals and expectations, delegating tasks, providing guidance and mentorship, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to oversee digital marketing projects from conception to execution. This includes defining project scope, setting timelines, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the overall business objectives and target audience. The team lead should be able to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Data Analysis and Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics to derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions. The team lead should be proficient in using analytics tools to track performance, measure ROI, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. The team lead should foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Customer first mindset: Should be biased for customer success and should able to drive the team to achieve this common goal through mentorship, regular counseling & acknowledgement

Operational:

1: Should be able to meet all operational targets as per the partner alignment

2: Managing SL/AR by aligning resources realtime

3:Manage absenteeism & attrition through effective engagement

4: Doing monthly 1x1s and weekly connects

5: Completing Pre & Post shift huddle

6: Sending performance data to the team
