Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture + Structure)

Modeling architectural and structural components accurately

Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling)

Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., LOD, COBie, IFC)
Coordination of multi-disciplinary models
Clash detection and model validation (via tools like Navisworks)

Basic Knowledge of Architecture & Structural Engineering

Understanding of architectural elements (walls, doors, floors, roofs)
Understanding of structural systems (beams, columns, foundations, rebar)
