Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Agile environments, with proven coaching expertise
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills
• Experience in leading Agile transformations across multiple teams
• Agile certifications such as CSM, ICP-ACC, or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
