Skilled financial specialist to join our accounts payable team to help account the Scanning / Indexing / Invoice Processing / Workflow Query / Email Query / Reports / Payments activities
PMO Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and trackers.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely updates.
- Track risks, issues, and changes in the project.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of project management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- 0-1 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain
