IGF India is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and establish strategic partnerships with hospitals and medical institutions to facilitate cancer surgery cases.


The ideal candidate will be a proactive, skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in the oncology sector. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills to manage the entire process from initial contact to post-operative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hospital Tie-ups and Partnership Development:
  • Research, identify, and target Government, Semi Government, General & Trust hospitals in Gujarat with strong oncology departments (Cancer department) and having surgical capabilities.
  • Initiate contact with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, department heads, and surgeons, to present our value proposition of IGF
  • Negotiate and finalize Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) or agreement with hospitals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital partners.
  • Case Identification and Patient Coordination:
  • Work closely with hospital staff to identify potential cancer surgery cases that align with IGF criteria.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the patient, the hospital, and IGF internal teams.
  • Ensure all necessary patient documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner before surgery.

  • Back-end and Administrative Support:
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to hospital partnerships and patient cases.
  • Maintain a detailed database of all hospital contacts, MOUs, and patient case files.
  • Ensure seamless flow of information between the hospital and our internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the patient's pre- or post-operative process.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Provide regular, detailed updates to the IGF (Impact Guru Foundation) team on the status of all patient cases.
  • Prepare and present reports on partnership development activities, case volume, and key performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Tie-up with Govt. Schools & administration
  • Coordinate with vendors, Schools administration and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of Sanitary Napkin Program under Menstrual Awareness & Hygiene Initiative (MAHI).
  • Liaise with other relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and support for the project.
  • Ensure uninterrupted operation of Sanitary Napkins to the assigned schools.
  • To oversee documents, prepare and submission of weekly, monthly & other relevant reports to Project Coordinator/Manager-Operation on timely.
  • Conduct Pre and Post Assessments and awareness session related to Menstrual Hygiene.
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the office.
