Job Description

Your Role

Design and implement HRSD modulessuch as Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.

Customize HR workflows and UI componentsusing Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Service Portal.

Integrate ServiceNow HRSDwith external HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Collaborate with HR stakeholdersto gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Maintain HR data integrityacross the HR Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, and employee records.

Your Profile

612 years of enterprise IT experience, with a focus on ServiceNow development and HRSD module customization.

Expert in designing and implementing HR workflows, business rules, and client/server-side scripts using JavaScript.

Strong hands-on experience in HRSD moduleslike Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.

Skilled in configuring ServiceNow solutionsto meet HR business requirements and enhance employee experience.

Proficient in integrating ServiceNow HRSDwith external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
