Automation Qa Engineer (ib/cm/payment Domain) @ Synechron

Job Description

 Job Summary 
Synechron is seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with domain expertise in Investment Banking (IB), Cash Management (CM), or Payments to lead and execute automation testing strategies. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and industry standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient, scalable, and secure financial solutions through innovative automation practices and technology integration. Software  

Required:

Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks

min of 5-12yrs experience

Good in any domain investment banking/ Capital Markets/payment

Knowledge of scripting languages like Java, Python, or Node.js for automation scripting

Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and test automation frameworks

Experience in testing across multiple technology platforms including mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain (knowledge-based)

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum methodologies

Preferred:

Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
