Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop content specific to your subject and implement offline training programs tailored to meet the needs of B2B clients, ensuring maximum engagement and relevance.
- Conduct training workshops and sessions, managing on-ground execution with precision.
- Lead engaging, interactive, and impactful offline sessions, with a focus on achieving client objectives and delivering practical, real-world applications of training concepts.
- Prepare comprehensive post-training reports, including participant feedback, for internal and client evaluation.
- Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions to address concerns, provide guidance, and align them with institutional or program goals.
- Act as a bridge between clients and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity of objectives and consistent progress reporting.
- Facilitate buddy training sessions to upskill and onboard internal team members, creating a culture of shared learning and collaboration.
- Design and execute skill transfer initiatives for internal teams, empowering them with the tools and techniques to enhance their training capabilities.
- Oversee travel, material preparation, and equipment setup to ensure smooth offline session execution.
- Adapt training methods and approaches to suit diverse audiences, industries, and evolving client needs.
- Stay updated with the latest industry developments, training methodologies, and tools to ensure program relevance.
- Continuously share suggestions for improving training content to align with current business scenarios and practical applications.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to lead impactful offline training sessions, keeping participants engaged and focused.
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills to guide and counsel parents or other stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage training schedules, travel, and equipment.
- Ability to mentor team members and drive collective skill development.
- Proficiency in handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work with diverse audiences and adapt to dynamic client needs.
- Level B2 or higher.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in education, Training, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- Certification in training, e-learning, or related areas like TESOL/TEFL/CELTA is preferred but not mandatory.
- English proficiency at Level B2 or higher. Additional language skills are a plus.
