Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated QA Automation Engineer with 23 years of experience in automation and manual testing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Selenium with C#, Playwright, and Reqnroll (SpecFlow/BDD frameworks), along with a good understanding of manual testing practices.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications through effective test design, automation framework implementation, and execution of manual and automated test cases.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (C#) and Playwright.
Implement and manage BDD test scenarios using Reqnroll/SpecFlow.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Execute manual test cases, report defects, and validate fixes across multiple platforms (Web, API, and Mobile if applicable).
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to support QA deliverables.
Continuously enhance automation frameworks for scalability and reusability.
Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing as required.
Ensure test execution results are documented, tracked, and reported effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
23 years of experience in Software Testing (Automation + Manual).
Strong proficiency in Selenium with C# for UI automation.
Hands-on experience with Playwright for modern web application testing.
Good working knowledge of Reqnroll / SpecFlow (BDD) frameworks.
Experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks.
Good understanding of manual testing concepts, test case design, and defect life cycle.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions) is a plus.
Basic understanding of API testing tools (Postman/RestSharp) is desirable.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
ISTQB or equivalent certification.
