Role & responsibilities

  • The role of the analyst to provide chat support/tickets/SCTASK for MALAYSIA region with assigned Business Unit.
  • Also closely work with the team #ASONE approach to achieve the goal and enhance the support.
  • Looking for the candidate with good communication, positive and ownership mindset with customer service & chat experience.
  • To achieve the organizational goals and KPI's.
  • Elevating the support by sharing the process improvement ideas.
  • chat & customer service experience, technical skills in computers like software, MS office package, drives, etc,
  • at least 2 years experience.
