Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team at a leading global MNC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder, with hands-on integration expertise with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or SharePoint.
This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge low-code automation and AI-driven solutions in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) and Power Automate.
- Build and integrate AI Builder models for tasks such as form processing, sentiment analysis, and predictions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, approval processes, and custom business logic using Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, infrastructure, and business units.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 49 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Hands-on experience using AI Builder for form recognition, classification, prediction, etc.
- Integration experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and DLP policies.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot performance and functional issues.
- Experience working in agile environments with sprint-based delivery.
