Lead Design Engineer @ Cyient

Job Description

• Utilize CAD software (Creo/SolidWorks) to create 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Familiar with Solid modelling, Surface modelling, Assembly and Drawing modules of Creo
• Experience in designing plastics, Sheetmetal, machined components keeping DFM&A considerations in mind.

• Experience in thermal management of electromechanical systems.
• Design and validate air and liquid cooling technologies for thermal management
• Optimize heating & cooling solutions for all aspects of their performance, cost, and reliability
• Perform analysis (CFD) to validate fluid & thermal performance and safety of the designs
• Independently select optimal hardware components (heat exchanger, heaters, pump, fan, sensors, pipes, valves, fittings etc.) from external suppliers
• Calculate heat transfer for different mediums and scenarios
