Job Description
- As a Digital Leader / Digital Products Head at our reputed NBFC in Gurgaon, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the Digital Product Innovation & Development function. In this senior IT role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying new apps, both web and mobile, focused on launching digital financing and servicing. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product rollouts, create operational plans, and drive digital performance to meet business objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading Digital Product Development initiatives for all online products, working closely with technology and implementation teams, and partnering with Heads of various functions to identify strategic and operational opportunities within the digital product space. You should have hands-on experience in developing mobile and web-based products from scratch, with a strong focus on technology-business alignment. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Information Technology (BE/BTech) along with relevant IT certifications such as Agile. You should have at least 10 years of experience in Digital Product Innovation, Development, and Implementation in the Financial Services sector, particularly in Consumer and Retail segments. A deep understanding of online user behaviors, trends, Fin-tech innovations, and multi-tenant IT architecture is crucial for success in this role. Desired characteristics include a good knowledge of technology innovations in the e-commerce space, experience with launching apps on open-source platforms, and familiarity with Consumer/Retail banking products. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective collaboration within the organization.
