Job Description

You will be joining Mahindra Accelo as a full-time Diploma Engineer Trainee based in Mumbai. In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations, focusing on the maintenance and troubleshooting of engineering systems. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior engineers, conducting quality checks, driving process enhancements, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. It will be crucial for you to document your observations, compile reports, and engage in training programs. To excel in this role, you should possess a fundamental understanding of engineering concepts, along with technical proficiency in maintenance and troubleshooting tasks. A grasp of quality control methods and process enhancement techniques will be beneficial. Effective communication and documentation abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work within a team environment and cooperate with experienced engineers. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and CAD software, are required. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline. Prior exposure to the automotive or manufacturing sector would be advantageous. Please note that this position involves line operations and may require working in shifts.,
