We are currently looking for a Vice President - Lead Solutions Architect to join our team. As the Vice President - Lead Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading pre-sales solutions in various technology domains, such as Enterprise Apps, Digital Technologies, Data, and AI/ML. Your role will involve crafting innovative proposals that meet and exceed client needs in a competitive market. You will work closely with internal partners from sales and delivery teams to develop multi-tower solutions that stand out. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership in Proposal Development: Lead and deliver responses to RFX across various domains, ensuring proposals are robust, client-centric, and competitive. - Strategic Pre-sales: Design proactive solution architectures for complex client needs that align with business objectives. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, delivery, and cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. - Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in AI and Digital Transformation, to showcase cutting-edge solutions. - Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of solution architects focused on pre-sales excellence. - Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and lead presentations as a subject matter expert on proposed solutions. Qualifications: - Experience: Relevant years of experience in Technology Solutions Architecture, with a focus on pre-sales and proposal development. - Domain Expertise: Proficient in solutioning across multiple domains, including ERPs, Digital tools, Data, AI/ML, and Cloud Technologies. - Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of technical concepts across multiple domains. - Industry Expertise: Experience with clients in Manufacturing and Hi-Tech industries is a plus. - Leadership Skills: Ability to lead deal teams and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines. - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical solutions clearly. - Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
