Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Executive (After-Sales)

    Role: Handling post-sales customer service for Australian solar clients, ensuring high-quality support, timely resolution of issues, and customer satisfaction.

    Location: Ahmedabad, India

    Shift Timing: 4:30 AM 1:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

    Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 per month

    About the Role
    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive from Solar Industry (After-Sales) to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers after installation, ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. You will handle queries, provide basic troubleshooting, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and service requests after sales and installation.

    • Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner.

    • Address customer issues, troubleshoot basic solar system problems, and escalate technical matters to relevant teams.

    • Coordinate with operations, technical, and service teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints.

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction levels are high.

    • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues to improve products and services.

    • Support warranty claims and service-related documentation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree or diploma in any field (preferred in Business, Engineering, or related).

    • 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the solar/renewable energy or related technical industry.

    • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).

    • Ability to handle customer queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

    • Basic technical understanding of solar products will be an advantage.

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
