Job Description
- As a Commis Chef 1 specializing in Indian Curry and Tandoor, you will be responsible for the preparation of a variety of dishes, including curries, tandoori items, and biryanis. Your role will involve tasks such as cutting, chopping, and mixing ingredients to create delicious and authentic Indian cuisine. Additionally, you will be involved in menu planning, where you will be required to plan menus, estimate food and labor costs, and work closely with the head chef to manage kitchen operations efficiently. This includes monitoring food stocks, ordering supplies, and ensuring smooth kitchen management.
