Operations Research Engineer @ Capgemini Technology

Job Description

• P3. Operations Research Engineer
• 8+ years of professional experience in operations research,
  Bachelor s or master s degree in operations research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  Experience with heuristic methods and algorithm development
  8+ Years of relevant experience in Machine learning & Deep learning, with GenAI experience
  Knowledge of Mathematical and statistical concepts, optimization, data structures Experience in leading teams and managing the end-to-end deliverables.
  Leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior team members.
  Design and implement scalable and reliable models for evaluation and deployment
  Proficiency in Python, & other OR tools like Ciplex etc
  Strong analytical skills & communication skills. Ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Develop a strong understanding of business and operational processes within CMA CGM Supply chain.
  Develop and deploy modules to run simulations for testing and validating multiple scenarios to evaluate the impact of various fulfillment strategies.
  Adopt modular architecture and good software development/engineering practices to enhance the overall product performance and guide other team members.
  Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
  Enhance and maintain simulation environment to enable testing/deploying new features for running custom, user defined scenarios through the simulator.
  Coordinate the analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of issues in the models and software.
