Job Description HR Coordinator

Job Title: Operations Executive

Company: ClientPro Services
Location: Mota Varachha, Surat

(Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update Excel reports for daily operations

Follow up with candidates and coordinate with employees

Coordinating new joiners

Managing employee communications and announcements

Maintaining HR systems and databases

Providing support for HR-related projects and initiatives

Maintains MIS data

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, )

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Organized and detail-oriented
