Role & responsibilities Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, targeting engineering services, design, and manufacturing sectors.
Engage potential customers to understand their needs, educate them about our offerings, and uncover sales opportunities.
Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting to schedule qualified product demos. Support marketing activities.
Maintain a high volume of outbound calls/emails while meeting quality and productivity benchmarks.
Stay updated on product/service enhancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.
Build and manage a lead database, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and lead statuses.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and improve sales pipeline efficiency.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs and sales targets.
