Job Description
As a Junior MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Youll also leverage Vibe Coding methodologies and AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, optimize workflows, and enhance application performance.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Apply Vibe Coding principles for efficient, structured, and collaborative development.
- Integrate and utilize AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) to speed up development and improve code quality.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in MERN stack and AI-assisted development.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (or relevant hands-on experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in MERN Stack development.
- Familiarity with Vibe Coding concepts and collaborative coding environments.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine, or similar.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative workflows.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with NoSQL databases beyond MongoDB.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Machine Learning APIs or AI-driven applications.
