About the Role-:
We are looking for a React Lead to join our passionate engineering team. This role demands technical expertise in React.js and leadership skills to guide a team in delivering robust, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities-:
- Lead and mentor a team of React developers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using React.js and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with designers, backend teams, and product managers for smooth project execution.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement in front-end development.
- Keep up with the latest trends in React and front-end technologies, recommending adoption where relevant.
Required Skills & Experience-:
- 68 years of front-end development experience, with 3+ years in React.js.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of Redux / Context API and API integrations (REST/GraphQL).
- Proven experience building reusable, maintainable components.
- Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
- Previous experience in leading teams and delivering end-to-end projects.
Good to Have-:
- Knowledge of Next.js, testing libraries (Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
- Experience in Agile methodology.
