Senior Business Analyst @ DigiMantra

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Analyst to serve as a vital link between clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent documentation skills, and outstanding communication abilities. This role requires a seasoned professional who can effectively capture client requirements, translate them into actionable technical deliverables, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams. Expertise in IT services and products is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to document client specifications accurately.
  
• Prepare comprehensive business proposals, detailing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  
• Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOW) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to guide technical teams effectively.
  
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
• Facilitate regular communication between clients and technical teams to address queries, changes, or challenges.
  
• Leverage technical expertise to bridge the gap between client requirements and deliverables.
  
• Identify and resolve gaps in understanding between clients and internal teams.
  
• Support technical teams with insights into project goals and client expectations.
  
• Assist in task prioritization and timeline management to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Provide regular project updates and deliver presentations, reports, and status updates to stakeholders

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelordegree in Business Administration , Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
  
• Certifications like CBAP , PMI-PBA , or ITIL are a plus.
  
• 6 to 10 years in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  
• Proven expertise in managing client relationships and collaborating with technical teams.
  
• Strong understanding of IT services and products is mandatory.
  
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA , Confluence , MS Office Suite , and project management platforms.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build client relationships.
  
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
