Research potential leads through online databases, social media, and other sources to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients and qualify leads.
Use effective questioning and discovery techniques to qualify leads based on their business needs, size, and potential for partnership.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospects in the CRM system (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and senior sales staff.
Work closely with account executives and the sales manager to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads.
Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, proposals, and other materials required to support business development efforts.
Requirements:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
